General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of application

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

2. Contractual partner, conclusion of contract, correction options

The purchase contract is concluded with Dynasty of Pets GmbH.

By placing the products in the online shop, we are submitting a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process. The contract is concluded when you click on the order button to accept the offer for the goods in the shopping cart. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive another confirmation by email.

3. Contract language, contract text storage

The language(s) available for the conclusion of the contract: German, English

We save the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions in text form. You can see the contract text in our customer login.

4. Terms of delivery

In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs may also apply. You can find more detailed provisions on any shipping costs incurred in the offers.

We only deliver by post. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the goods yourself.

We do not deliver to packing stations.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are basically available in our shop:

Prepayment
If you choose the prepayment method, we will give you our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

Credit card
When placing the order, you provide your credit card details. After your legitimation as the legal cardholder, the payment transaction will be carried out automatically and your card will be charged.

Klarna PayNow credit card
When placing the order, you enter your credit card details. After your legitimation as the legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction will be carried out automatically and your card will be charged immediately after the goods have been dispatched.

SEPA direct debit
By submitting the order, you give us a SEPA direct debit mandate. We will inform you about the date of the account debit (so-called prenotification). By submitting the SEPA direct debit mandate, we request our bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically and your account will be debited. The account is debited before the goods are dispatched. The period for the advance notice of the date of the account debit (so-called prenotification period) is 5 days.

Klarna PayNow direct debit
After a successful address and credit check as part of the ordering process, you give the online provider Klarna a SEPA direct debit mandate when you place the order. Klarna will inform you of the date of the account debit (so-called prenotification). By submitting the direct debit mandate, Klarna asks your bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically and your account is debited. The account will be debited after the goods have been dispatched. For payment processing via Klarna - in addition to our terms and conditions - the terms and conditions and the privacy policy of Klarna apply. Further information is available in the order process.

PayPal
During the ordering process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or first register, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the shop, we ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. You will receive further information during the ordering process.

Sofort by klarna
After placing the order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via Sofort, you must have a bank account that has been activated for online banking, identify yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instruction to us. You'll get more information during the ordering process. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately afterwards by Sofort and your account will be debited.

Giropay
After placing the order, you will be redirected to the website of your bank. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via Giropay, you must have a bank account that has been activated for online banking, identify yourself accordingly and confirm the payment order to us. You'll get more information during the ordering process. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately afterwards and your account will be charged.

Apple Pay
In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via Apple Pay, you must use the "Safari" browser, with which the service provider Apple is registered and the Apple Pay function has been activated legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after the order has been placed. You will receive further information during the ordering process.

Amazon Pay
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Amazon before completing the ordering process in our online shop. In order to process the order process via Amazon and pay the invoice amount, you must be registered there or first register and legitimize with your access data. There you can select the delivery address and payment method saved by Amazon, confirm the use of your data by Amazon and the payment instructions to us. You will then be redirected back to our online shop, where you can complete the ordering process. Immediately after placing the order, we ask Amazon to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by Amazon. You will receive further information during the ordering process.

Purchase on account via Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna AB (www.klarna.de), Sveavägen 46, Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you purchase on account as a payment option. Please note that Klarna invoices are only available for consumers and that payment must be made to Klarna in each case. Financing through Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna AB (www.klarna.de), Sveavägen 46, Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you installment purchase as a payment option. Please note that Klarna installment purchase is only available to consumers and that payment has to be made to Klarna.
With Klarna's financing service, you can flexibly purchase your purchase in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (at least 6 , 95 €). 6. Reservation of title

The goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full.

7. Transport damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such errors to the deliverer as soon as possible and please contact us immediately. Failure to lodge a complaint or to contact you has no consequences whatsoever for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.

8. Warranties and guarantees

Unless expressly agreed otherwise below, the statutory right to liability for defects applies.
For used goods, the following applies: if the defect occurs one year after delivery of the goods, claims for defects are excluded. Defects that occur within one year of delivery of the goods can be asserted within the statutory limitation period of two years from delivery of the goods.
The above restrictions and shortened deadlines do not apply to claims based on damage caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents were caused
• in the event of injury to life, body or health
• in the event of willful or grossly negligent breach of duty as well as fraudulent intent
of the contract in the first place and on whose compliance the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations)
• as part of a guarantee promise, if agreed or
• as far as the scope of the Product Liability Act has been opened.

9. Liability

We are always unrestrictedly liable for claims due to damage caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents
• in the event of injury to life, body or health
• in the event of willful or grossly negligent Breach of duty
• in the case of guarantee promises, if agreed, or
• as far as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is opened.
In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which enables the proper execution of the contract in the first place and compliance with the Contractual partner may regularly trust (cardinal obligations) due to slight negligence on the part of us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, the amount of liability is limited to the damage foreseeable at the time of conclusion of the contract, the occurrence of which must typically be expected.
In addition, claims are for Compensation excluded.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you here . We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
